at computer clusters, complete with high-speed internet access,
located throughout various housing sites
 

 

The Dover Housing Authority owns and manages 458 residential dwelling units under the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Public Housing Program in 8 different locations throughout the City of Dover.   Under the HUD Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program, the Dover Housing Authority assists another 347 low-income families throughout the private sector.  The Dover Housing Authority also manages Addison Place, a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit development with 45 apartments.
