Announcements & Notices Cocheco Waterfront Development Advisory Committee Meetings Announced The Cocheco Waterfront Development Advisory Committee will be holding regular meetings in the Council Conference Room in Dover City Hall and the general public is invited to attend.  The City of Dover's website has a drop down menu where you can find out the dates, times and agendas of upcoming committee meetings! Applications for Public Housing, Section 8, and Low Income Housing Tax Credit Programs Applications are available at the DHA Office, 62 Whittier Street, Dover, NH, 03820, telephone 603-742-5804.
