Public Hearing Notice: October 20, 2009

The Dover Housing Authority will hold a Public Hearing at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, October 20, 2009, at the Dover Housing Authority Annex, 4 Tolend Road, Dover, NH, to consider revisions to the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Capital Fund Annual Statement for Project NH36S00350109 (Stimulus budget).  In particular, the Dover Housing Authority proposes to add the following work items to the Stimulus budget:  emergency generator at Central Towers, electric load center replacement at Central Towers, and parking lot site work at Central Towers.

The proposed revisions to the Stimulus budget will be available for review at the Dover Housing Authority Office, 62 Whittier Street, Dover, NH, during normal business hours 8 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday.  The public is invited to submit written comments on the proposed revisions.  All written comments will be considered by the Board of Commissioners prior to final adoption of the revised budget.
