Announcements & Notices DHA 2011 Annual PHA Plan now Available DHA's 2011 Annual PHA Plan for Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2011 is now available for online viewing and download here. Applications for Public Housing, Section 8, and Low Income Housing Tax Credit Programs Standard Applications are available at the DHA Office, 62 Whittier Street, Dover, NH, 03820, telephone 603-742-5804.
